This company absolutely lives up to the Company's client statement on their website. If you're looking for a client centric organization, here it is. From Logan Ethridge and all the professionals who worked quickly, tirelessly they made this process almost seamless. There is a lengthy review that follows this one (at least on my computer) that sums up this terrific company. I suggest everyone read it. From all the electron systems that make communication so easy to the actual application of your new roof you'll never find better service or workmanship than Alpha.

Alpha Exteriors is a top-notch company. The level of responsiveness far exceeded our expectations. Before our roofing project started Mitch met the adjuster at our house to make sure they were seeing things the same way. This assured everything that needed to be done was covered. On the day the project was completed, we received frequent text updates on the project status. After our roof was completed Mitch went above and beyond to make sure that all issues related to the project were resolved and resolved far beyond what we could have expected. One of the really impressive things about our roof replacement with Alpha Exteriors was the degree to which they went to protect the entire exterior of our property including building a protective structure so that none of our plants were damaged during the tear off. Highly recommend Alpha Exteriors. Ask for Mitch!

Nice company and good staff

This is my first time at Alpha Exteriors & Construction for their Grand Opening event. I met Jesse and Greg, the project manager, and they are very friendly consultants here and knowledgeable for the remodeling business. The people here are seem to be all wonderful and professional. On my next home project, I would definitely put Alpha as top of my contractor's list.

I just had my roof replaced due to age and from a hair storm that passed through back in April. I was out of town and Alpha Exteriors and construction made it a seamless process and got the job done quickly, Rodney was quick to answer my calls and mediate the process between Althea exteriors and my insurance company and myself. Nick DiRusso came out this morning to check for a possible roof leak. He was very thorough and checked moisture levels, attic beams, and the overall roof. Turns out its not a roof leak. And while there is some evidence of past hail, I appreciated the honesty that my roof is in good shape and doesnt need repairs. I highly recommend Nick if you need anything done with your roof!

Outstanding service. Personalized advice, professional and knowledgeable, and absolutely trustworthy and honest. Everyone at Alpha showed up when they said they would, did what they were supposed to do and did a quality job. Evan and I give our highest recommendation to Alpha Construction. Our main points of contact with the company were Jessie and Greg. From start to finish they were patient, pleasant and most importantly did excellent work replacing our roof and gutters due to hail damage. They were extremely helpful walking us through the insurance claim process. Their communication with us was excellent and they went the extra mile. If anyone is in need of getting their roof repaired you need to call Alpha Construction first and there is no need to look elsewhere.

I highly recommend choosing this company. Mitch was very responsive in communicating, and even took on responsibilities with adjusting additional estimates with our insurance company. Regardless if Alpha was going to be the contractor doing the work or not. Mitch and team were also very informative throughout the process, so we knew what to expect. But what I appreciated most was that Mitch had come out to our home multiple times prior to the work actually needing to be done (Over 2 years), and was honest in telling us that we did not need to replace our roof just yet. That alone said a lot to us for the integrity of who we were working with. They will be honest, responsive, and informative. I will do business again with them.

The customer service is outstanding! A few of my rentals were hit by the storms and Jose came out and got it taken care of within 24 hours. Its hard to find that these days!

Alpha came out quickly to assess the problem and found my dryer vents were not sealed by another roofer and the location was in a bad spot to begin with which was on top of the roof under a gutter. All of the torrential rain caused water to flow into the vent hose and into my dryer. The guys did a fantastic job replacing the vents with metal ones and relocating them to a better spot. Highly recommend this company!

From start to finish the service they gave was professional and the representative walked me through and explained everything to me. On day the roof was installed they got to my house and the roof was completely replaced by 3pm and the clean up was completed to perfection. The Roof looks awesome. Ask for Nick he’s very knowledgeable and professional If I have to ever have another’s roof done it will be done by Alpha Roofing. I have worked with Alpha for the last 8 months. When our insurance company denied us for our roof claim, Alpha stayed and fought for us to get our roof replaced. Cameron checked on us and kept in touch through out the whole fight. We were able to get a total roof replacement because of Alpha. They also did gutters for us afterwards. Ill refer Cameron and Alpha to anyone for all your exterior and construction needs. Thank you for fighting for us and sticking beside us through the storms. They did a wonderful job and everyone is telling us how good our house looks.

Charles is a hard worker. He worked with my insurance company to try and get my roof replaced. He stayed in touch and kept me informed.

Great customer service, very prompt. I called for a roof inspection after the latest round of storms and Logan came out the same day. He was very professional, courteous and on-time. He also went the extra mile by removing some of the debris left on my roof from the storm.

In a recent Texas storm, we lost the siding on our chimney. Not knowing who to call, a friend recommended we reach out to Jos and Alpha. One week later, the job is done. The team came by and covered the chimney prior to rain, they worked through the rain to get it done, and the communication and leadership from Jos was second to none.
