Excellent service!

Alpha Exteriors and Construction did a great job in replacing our roof and gutters. Just two days of work, too. Great attention to detail. Even the details with our insurance company. I highly recommend.

Alpha Exteriors (Greg) and his team convinced my insurance company to replace my roof by providing additional supporting evidence and going to bat for me. This was greatly appreciated as a result Alpha Exteriors was selected to perform the work.

Alpha Exteriors and Construction replaced my roof late last year and did an excellent job. I have solar panels and they coordinated with the company that sold them to me to have them removed and then replaced. They always kept me well informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Excellent to work with!

This company and its employees are awesome. They removed our roof and had it replaced the same day in very hot weather. The next day everything was picked up and our driveway, side walk, and patio were power washed. There were suprvisors coming and going througout the day to make sure things were going smoothly. They even made follow up calls. They answered all our questions and worked great with our insurance company and the gutter people.

Greg was amazing! Super helpful working with our Maurice, including staying for the whole inspection. The whole team was very professional and worked fast! We got drone photos showing the progress during the roof replacement and the before and after are just amazing. If youre looking for a team to help you get the most out of your roof replacement, professional without the hard sell, then this is the team for you. I wont be using anyone else for my roof or other exterior work again!

Mitch & Alpha Exteriors helped us through our first roofing claim about 2 years ago. They made the process as pain free as possible and answered every single question we had.

Alpha Exteriors and Construction installed my roof last year and did an outstanding job. Beyond that, they gave me specific information on everything they were doing and the importance of the "extra steps" they had taken to give me the best roof possible. I will add that we had a horrific hail storm a few months ago and one quick call to AEC and someone was out to our house within 24 hours to reassess the condition of our roof to check for any damage. I am pleased to say that there was no damage to our roof at all. If you want the best and most professional roof consultation and installation, then I cannot recommend AEC any more highly.

Alpha has done several projects for us, both at our home and at our church. They have always been timely and good with details. In fact, we are about to start another repair with them !

With weather coming and some urgent repairs needed to be ready for the storms Jose provided a detailed report of what was needed at a reasonable cost. Had a great experience with Alpha. I just had a small job - sealing a leaking vent on the roof. Jose took his time and walked me through what he recommended , and they provided a very competitively priced quote. Work was done quickly and photos of the before /after work were provided in a report which was very helpful.

This company absolutely lives up to the Company's client statement on their website. If you're looking for a client centric organization, here it is. From Logan Ethridge and all the professionals who worked quickly, tirelessly they made this process almost seamless. There is a lengthy review that follows this one (at least on my computer) that sums up this terrific company. I suggest everyone read it. From all the electron systems that make communication so easy to the actual application of your new roof you'll never find better service or workmanship than Alpha.

Alpha Exteriors is a top-notch company. The level of responsiveness far exceeded our expectations. Before our roofing project started Mitch met the adjuster at our house to make sure they were seeing things the same way. This assured everything that needed to be done was covered. On the day the project was completed, we received frequent text updates on the project status. After our roof was completed Mitch went above and beyond to make sure that all issues related to the project were resolved and resolved far beyond what we could have expected. One of the really impressive things about our roof replacement with Alpha Exteriors was the degree to which they went to protect the entire exterior of our property including building a protective structure so that none of our plants were damaged during the tear off. Highly recommend Alpha Exteriors. Ask for Mitch!

Needed a roof repair, these guys were out the same day to do a temp fix and were able to make it back 2 days later for the permanent job. Great service!

Mitch and his team are experts at all things outdoor solutions. Of course, they are an established roofing contractor, and are one of the most trusted in the area. But they also do exteriors, backyard renovations, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and more. If you considering improving your backyard or are wanting to have your roof checked out, be sure to include them in the process. You wont be sorry.

Nice company and good staff

This is my first time at Alpha Exteriors & Construction for their Grand Opening event. I met Jesse and Greg, the project manager, and they are very friendly consultants here and knowledgeable for the remodeling business. The people here are seem to be all wonderful and professional. On my next home project, I would definitely put Alpha as top of my contractor's list.

I just had my roof replaced due to age and from a hair storm that passed through back in April. I was out of town and Alpha Exteriors and construction made it a seamless process and got the job done quickly, Rodney was quick to answer my calls and mediate the process between Althea exteriors and my insurance company and myself. Great job guys!
